Richard J. Witry, formerly of McCarthy Duffy LLP, regularly represents banks in workouts, collections, garnishments, citations, check collection, commercial matters and defense work. Other clients have included several federally chartered national banks, state banking associations and federal savings banks.

Collections And Workouts

Mr. Witry provides representation in all phases of the workout and collection process, including negotiation and documentation of forbearance agreements and payback arrangements. He also has extensive representation of creditor clients in U.C.C. sales, as well as state and federal court litigation.

General Representation

Mr. Witry provides general and specialized representation of banks and savings banks, including day-to-day consultations with officers and staff regarding all aspects of banking transactions. Services include:
